SEALPAC tray-sealing machines have been installed into almost every food sector over the past 12 years, the first machine was installed in 1996 and now over 250 machines and over 500 tooling sets are used to produce hermetically sealed trays. SEALPAC are well know for modified atmosphere packing machines as well as atmospheric sealing on products such as Meat, Poultry, Fish, Salads, Vegetables, Ready meals, Snacks, and many convenience foods that are available from retailers and many catering outlets.
Any kind of product information can be formed into the bottom of hard foil packaging as a means of identification. To this end, replaceable letters or numbers are placed in the shaping instrument. Symbols, such as company logos, can also be placed in the shaping instrument. During the thermo-forming process, the symbols are depicted in the thermo-formed part of the packaging.
