MBD Energy is a leading solutions provider assisting with adoption of safe, commercially and environmentally sustainable Carbon Capture and Recycling (CCR). From commencement, MBD Energy has maintained a rigorous project focus in support of establishing a number of viable large-scale algal carbon capture and storage facilities co-located at flue gas emission sites. Accordingly, MBD Energy has reached agreements for the planning and provision of pilot MBD Energy CCR plants with Tarong Energy in Queensland, Loy Yang Power in Victoria, Eraring Energy in NSW.
Through an extensive, expert team, MBD Energy aims to co-operatively enable delivery of a number of large-scale Demonstration Projects to be operating before 2020 as identified by the ‘G8 mandate on climate change.' The company is confident that a number of major commercial CCR installations will follow.
