The main focus of Teknik Sualti Ltd. is bivalvia. These delicate and delicious creatures are widely enjoyed all throughout the world but in Turkey, except for the mussels.
Mussels are very popular in Turkey. They are mainly consumed stuffed with a special rice mixture (midye dolma) and fired. Our initial focus was on mussel farming, since the market was craving for certified, branded hence trustworthy mussels. Soon our growing capacity will be able to serve those who are aware of the advantages of reliable mussels. We intend to supply the black mussels (mytilius galloprovincialis) only to the Turkish market.
Then there are other bivalves such as the ones you can see on our products page. There is only a limited consumption of these species in Turkey. Therefore our main focus is the European market for export. For this purpose a state of the art depuration and packaging center is being built, which will be the first and the only one in Turkey. This way the quality of the products will be ensured both for export and local market.
