Activities of our family company started with olive squeezing and oil production in 1920 and continued these activities thereafter along with olive trade and in the year of 1978, we started to serve in cold room and frozen food sector. In the year of 2001, our company OLIVER had been institutionalized, and at this moment, our company had already been well developed in sectors, we provide services and we have expanded the range of products, we supply.
In general our hardvests are from Aegean aquaculture farms. We mainly produce European Sea bass(Dicentrarchus labrax) and European Sea bream (Sparus aurata). We also produce marined anchovy and sardins. Our yearly capacity is 700 tonnes frozen, 300 tonnes fresh products.
