Fish quality can only be guaranteed when the right transport is used. Strict conditions are imposed, not least in terms of temperature and moisture content, as excess meltwater or temperature fluctuations can accelerate spoilage. Proper packaging provides protection from unforeseen incidents, making it essential during transport.
