Formally established in 1998, Sympak Group is the result of a clear investment strategy carried out since 1996 by private investors. Today the Group is controlled by the Private Equity Fund ILP II.
The Sympak Group member companies are: Sympak Corazza, OPM - with its centers of expertise OPM Moulding, Fima Wrapping, OPM Flow-wrapping, OPM Packaging and OPM Palletizing-, RC, Stephan Universal Machines, Stephan Food Service Equipment and Sympak Process Engineering.
It is thanks to its divisions that Sympak Group finds its strength: the single companies co-operate combining their specific know-how and vast experience in each relevant market segment to realize complete, innovative and cost effective solutions, right through to turn-key plants. The synergies among the companies allowed Sympak to become a Leader manufacturer both for Dairy, Convenience, Confectionery and Bakery segments.
