Arënkha Selection

The delicious mouth-popping tiny glossy black pearls of Arënkha MSC contain only 100% natural ingredients. They have a wonderfully creamy texture and a mild, delicate, slightly nutty, smoky herring flavour.  Arënkha MSC is made using only the finest herring fillets. The fish are caught in the cold waters off Norway and are then lightly smoked in The Netherlands before undergoing a unique spherification process to turn them into the delectable, lustrous grey-black spheres so reminiscent of the most expensive and desired fish eggs. No artificial additives, flavourings or preservatives are added in the process, only a secret recipe of light spicing and natural flavours, as well as squid ink to give that deep grey-black colour reminiscent of caviar.
