Kinematics Manufacturing began in 1996 as a small operation outside of Los Angeles. Brent Morgan, founder of Kinematics, designed specialty gearboxes and machined, assembled, and shipped them one at a time from a small, 50-square-meter rented space.
Morgan listened closely to his customers’ performance problems and now offers innovative gearboxes and total process solutions. His reliable, patented, low-cost designs and highly responsive approach to customer service are the foundation of Kinematics’ success.
Currently employing more than 300 dedicated, multinational staff members, Kinematics is the largest slewing drive manufacturer in the world with a production capacity of over 6,000 units per week. Kinematics delivers custom-engineered solutions to customers in 23 countries from its 14,500-square-meter (156,000 sq. ft.) facility in Jiangsu, China, and distribution warehouses in Europe and the United States.
Kinematics uses a totally vertically integrated manufacturing model which is exponentially scalable. Additional plant, power, machinery and labor capacity is immediately scalable to meet demand.
