“Bulgarian White Shells” Ltd is company based in R. of Bulgaria, specialised in catch, purification, packing and trade with whelk meat – Rapana Venosa (cleaned, cooked, frozen, calibrated), as well fish processing and production of wildly caught white sand clams from the species Donax Trunculus, also called Tellina.We have two moderate production sites at Black Sea in the town of Chernomorets, Burgas province. One is specialised in white sand clams – wildly caught shellfish, its purification, pasteurisation, packing and expedition, and the second one is focused on processing of fish and whelk meat. Both factories are equipped with the latest moderate technologies in the industry and are export orientated only. “Bulgarian White Shells” Ltd works according to the European regulations, having FSSC 22000 certification, implemented HACCP system and all necessary licenses and certificates for seafood processing. We are the first licensed company for Tellina processing on the Balkans Region.
