In response to our customer needs we have expanded our portfolio to include other salmon products including Gravadlax, Hot Smoked and Poached Salmon as well as Raw fillets and portions making us true experts in our field.
Highland Smoked Salmon has made major investment in new smoking kilns, filleting, slicing and packaging technologies to deliver traditional naturally smoked products produced from the burning of Oak and Beech Logs and/or smouldering wood chip coupled with state of the art slicing and packing.The factory has consistently retained BRC Accreditation at 'A' grade for the last 6 years and is approved for the production of Organic Salmon products making Highland Smoked Salmon a serious market leader in the traditional, ancient craft of Smoking.
