Royal Greenland built a seafood packaging facility just outside of Moscow through a partnership with Russian frozen food giant Agama Group.
The plant cook and pack shell-on coldwater shrimp for the growing Russian market.
Royal Greenland is responsible for supplying the raw material and procuring and installing the processing equipment, while Agama provide distribution and cold storage. The plant handle product for both companies as well as external companies, if capacity allows.
