Yu Fish was formed in 2006 after several restructures and diversified business focus by several of the largest aquaculture players in the world. Despite many years' experience of operating in Singapore and the regional markets, the decision was made by the group to move away from the deeper channels of distribution in these markets.
The local Managers and Executives of the MNC were given the opportunity to take over these activities, and Yu Fish was formed.
Our background brings a wealth of experience from the aquaculture and fishery industry. We work with the best farmers and long-liners in the world, and our partners hold industry-recognised certifications in food quality, food safety, product sustainability and good business practise.
Yu Fish continues to provide the local and regional markets with various products such as salmon, trout, toothfish, yellowtail kingfish, crab legs, scallops amongst others, regularly, consistently and sustainably.
