In the United Kingdom, it manufactures retail private label products in the foods to go, desserts, sandwich, fish and salads.
In April 2010, the Company completed the sale of Uniq Deutschland GmbH and Uniq Lisner Sp. Z.o.o., the German and Polish businesses, to IFR Capital plc.
