Yawl Bay Seafood Ltd. is a second-generation family business. It was established by Jim Browne almost 25 years ago as a small artisan cottage smokehouse. Today, Jim’s son, David Browne, is responsible for running the family business from our purpose built premises. We still use only traditional smoking techniques, combined with 100% natural ingredients. In our 25 years of business we have built up a strong, long-standing customer base due to our superior quality product and ability to supply both private brand and Yawl Bay brand products. For over 20 years now we have been successfully selling our smoked salmon both locally and worldwide. We are currently introducing several new products including cooked crab meat and crab toes.
