The company is one of the best known and oldest filleting factories in Skagen, was started up by fish exporter Peter Anthonisen in 1912.
Our products comprise fillets in various varieties in accordance with customer requirements, both with and without skin. The fillets are also available pre-sliced in slices from 1.5 cm to 4.5 cm. The company also delivers “patches”, i.e. whole pieces of boned fillets with skin. These products are available both fresh and frozen.
The Man Part of the Productions Is Exported – Production of fresh, salted and soured herring products is valued by leading manufacturers of highly processed preserves, and semi preserves throughout Europe. Our primary markets include Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria, Belgium and Poland. We also have large sales on the Danish market.
The day-to-day work on production of herring products is a life style and has been since the start, making P. Anthonisen top specialists with great know-how and expertise.
We are very flexible and listen carefully to our customers requirements.
Product Range: Salted, spiced and soured herring. In the matjees season, we also deliver cleaned, salted herring packed in bucket.
