In Fredericia is tasked with processing the fish. It is our production site for ready-made dishes, puff pastry products and breaded, filled products. Our sauces and fillings are all prepared on the basis of a stock which made from bones, spices and other delicious ingredients. Just as in a quality restaurant – only on a larger scale.
