It all began in 1990. In Kukinia…when we decided to make the most of the crystal clean coastal climate and our natural access to the superb, fresh fish that are the gift of West Pomerania. We took that potential and transformed into the wide range of seafood products we now offer. The company’s dynamic development and strong market position led to our merger with the Swedish fish company, Abba Seafood, in 1990. Between 2003 and 2007, Superfish was a member of the Norwegian group, Orkla ASA. Then, in September 2007, GK Graal acquired a 100% shareholding in Superfish S.A. from Abba Seafood AB, also a member of Orkla ASA. Currently, Superfish is one of the nine companies which belong to the Graal Capital Group. Despite these changes in ownership, the Superfish offer remains as wide as ever, providing our customers with conserved, chilled and frozen products under two brand names: SuperFish – for exceptional people Abba – for the particularly discerning
