Nicolas Correa SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the design and manufacture of milling machines. The Company mainly specializes in the provision of milling solutions for the manufacturers of dies and large moulds, monolithic elements for aerospace, railway, energy and general mechanical sectors. Its product portfolio includes gantries, travelling columns, as well as bed-type and bridge-type milling machines, distributed under the Correanayak brand name. In addition, the Company is a parent of Grupo Nicolas Correa, a group which comprises such entities as Nicolas Correa USA Inc, Nicolas Correa Deutschland GmbH, Nicolas Correa Portugal Equipamentos Industriais Ltda and Nicolas Correa Laser SA, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Dinamia Capital Privado SA SCR was the Company’s major shareholder with 12.75% of its interest.
