1. Overseas advertising, market surveys, and joint facilities for the mutual benefit of members;
2. Technological research and instruction to improve the quality of exported goods;
3. Joint purchasing and sale of raw materials;
4. Arranging business loans for members;
5. Government-commissioned/consigned projects;
6. Other businesses needed for trading transactions and orders.
7. Prevention of unfair trading and signing treaties for international (or domestic) trade;
8. Fishery importation consigned by the Government;
9. Computerizing information and receiving government services;
10. Members’ welfare and benefits;
11. Other issues pertaining to each of the above
