The small cannery of Los Peperetes is conceived with a deeply familiar character. The Lorenzo Paz family manages the entire production and marketing process. From entering a game of seafood in plant to the labeling, packaging and subsequent management of national and international clients. In 1990 Jesús Lorenzo Crespo, grandson of canners, began to prepare canned sardines and cockles from the Ria de Arosa in a homemade way, closing them with a manual sealing machine. Three years later the "Los Peperetes" brand was born with the aim of producing a preserved of the highest quality, with the most appreciated seafood and fish in Galicia. 25 years later, the brand continues to maintain the philosophy of its beginnings: to seek the highest quality, using the best raw materials of the Galician rías and handicraft and limited production.
