Costa Adriatica Srl. established in 1982 is one of the European leader trading company for the wild" blue fish", (sardines and anchovies), fished in the open Adriatic Sea. At present the export volume is around 2,500 tons of which sardines represent 60%. Costa Adriatica Srl. mainly supplies fresh but also frozen products can be offered. The fish is frozen in tunnels ( - 45°C) and afterwards kept inside constant temperature (-18°C) refrigerators. The freezing process is completed within eight hours from the capture. Costa Adriatica Srl. imports fish products from Croatia, Portugal and Spain, but sells to the most important European "blue fish" Industries located in France, Portugal, Spain and Italy. Costa Adriatica Srl. with its products also supplies some of the greatest European fish markets as Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, Seville Bilbao Saragossa, Paris und Brussels.
