Capitalizing on the purity of the water from the Argentine Patagonia and within unique environmental conditions, Aguas Claras S.A. is devoted to the intensive breeding of rainbow trouts (oncorhynchus mykiss) for human consumption. Aguas Claras SA born in 2003 as a rainbow trout farm located in Alicurá reservoir on the Rio Limay, Neuquen. There feature 1,700 tons of water use in concession of which up to today explode about 300 per year. Our privileged location and our strict commitment to procedures and quality standards enable us to offer a premium product, which keeps its natural properties and is free from the use of chemicals during the breeding process.
