Alex Villanueva Mansilla and his partner Ms.Angelica Jimenez Almonacid have defrauded many companies in different countries asking for money in advance against shipments promises were never made. They have no processing plant or a real company but intent to cheat and get money. They have several complaints lodged by the Chilean Foreign Ministry and Interpol. FIS published articles describing their mode of operation. Actually is trying to operate under another false name and is being investigated.
