Fiordosur Seafood is a company dedicated to the production, distribution and exportation of fresh and frozen seafood.
Our first processing facility opened in Valparaíso, Chile in 1988 and we are now finishing the construction of our second processing facility in Porvenir (Tierra del Fuego), Chile which we expect to be operational by the summer 2009. The two plants have been strategically located.
Fiordosur and ELDAP's mission is to provide ultimate customer satisfaction. Anticipating the higher demands for quality assurance and corporate socio-economic and enviromental responsibility, the ELDAP plant will maintain an in-house laboratory and control center for all microbiological analysus, employee housing and a recreation center.
