Food industry of Uzbekistan
The food industry in Uzbekistan is based on local agriculture produce processing. This economic sector will never be out of date; it is always attracts the general interest and food products always are in great demand. According to estimation of Association of Fat-and-Oil and Food Industry the growth rates of industrial products is 119,6% against last year and in producing of consumer products -121%. The good perspectives are in such directions as producing of baby food, dry breakfasts, confectionery, cheese and cooked meats. Investment potential of food industry is not less than 300 mln dollars.
Exhibition pavilions of “Uzexpocentre” completely satisfy the international standards of holding the biggest exhibition events.
