EACCE (Food Exports Control and Coordination Organization) has been created in 1986, clearly established its active role in promoting the exportation of agro-food products, one of economic leverage.As a public organization which serves the private sector, its mission covers: fruit and fresh vegetables sector, processed vegetables and seafood products. EACCE has 21 regional representations distributed in different geographical area of production and exportation in order to help the agri-food professionals It also has 4 delegations in Europe. Their mission is to assist in running the technical control and coordination, providing information about the quality and product’s compliance and relaying useful information the agri-food sector. In order to provide the required scientific support to its intervention, EACCE possesses a network of laboratories which are specializes in: Analysing the residues of pesticides; Searching for chemical, biological and additives contaminants; Assessingthe hygiene of the packaging production area; Specific microbiological researches ; Analysing the purity of the vegetal oils ; Packaging control ; EACCE has establishing synergical relationship with different international organizations: Codex Alimentarius Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) International Olive Oil Council (IOC) Council of Mediterranean Liaison Committee for Agriculture (Clam) The French National Syndicate of fruits et vegetables importers (SNIFL). Kwaliteits Control Bureau (KCB) from Holland & le Bundesanstalt fur LandwirtschaftundErnahrung (BLE) from Germany. French National Public Establishment for agriculture and seafood products (France AgriMer).
