It has production sites in France and the United Kingdom. Labeyrie Fine Foods PLC is a former subsidiary of Lur Berri Iceland ehf. In 2009 a consortium of shareholders led by the French food cooperative, Lur Berrie, took over the Icelandic company. Monday, 05 October 2009 01:00: NASDAQ OMX Iceland hf. has today removed the shares of Alfesca hf. from trading and from the official list of NASDAQ OMX Iceland.
