In 2006, GO was purchased by Samuel Manu-Tech Inc, a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) trading under the symbol SMT. In 2010, Samuel Manu-Tech’s shareholders passed a special resolution to approve the amalgamation of SMT and Samuel, Son & Co., Limited. Following the amalgamation, SMT became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samuel and the common shares of SMT were de-listed from the TSX.
