Maximum Seafood was founded in 2001 by Max D'elia, his brother Leo and Tony D'Angelo. They are a seafood wholesaler buying from ports all over North America.
Specialty food products producer Premium Brands Holdings Corp. says it has acquired a 76 per cent interest in Toronto-based Maximum Seafood.
Maximum is a leading supplier of a variety of fresh and live seafood products with annual sales of approximately $56-million.
