Indemosa is a shellfish treatment plant established in O Grove (Pontevedra), which has 27 rafts themselves to the traditional production of mussel purification plant and two mussel boats. Dedicated to the activity since 1969, INDEMOSA sold in domestic and international markets refined fresh mussels in various packaging formats.
The traditional method of mussel production in Galicia is growing punting. This system is the best-known performance, and sold 240,000 tonnes of mussels annually in Galicia account for more than half of world production by cultures of this mollusk.
