CESAIBC, an auxiliary body of the National Service of Health, Safety and Agro-Food Quality (SENASICA), in charge of disease prevention, diagnosis and control (Article 107 General Law on Sustainable Fisheries and Aquaculture) in the State of Baja California. Likewise, in coordination with the State Government through the State Fisheries and Aquaculture Secretariat and SAGARPA through SENASICA, sanitary programs and actions are coordinated, as well as the promotion of Good Production Practices in support of the aquaculture sector.
