We supply our customers with premium quality seafood products that come from the clear, icy cold waters of North America to as far away as New Zealand, Russia and Europe. Our seafood processing plant is federal licensed and HACCP approved by Canadian Food Inspection Agency, which is operating in full compliance with the Canadian Fish Inspection Regulations and International Standards.
All of the equipment in our plant is food grade quality, stainless steel and the walls in plant are covered with food grade industrial plastic. Production workers dress in plant provided clothing, which is sanitized on a daily basis, along with all our equipment. All products incoming and leaving White Whale Seafood are of vital importance to the company. Management is committed to producing a final product that is of good quality, safe and processed in a manner which meets all regulatory requirements.
