In October 2009, the Company acquired ISS pest elimination business in the United Kingdom. In February 2009, the Company acquired Stackhouse business of CORPAK Medsystems, Inc., a marketer of surgical helmets and smoke evacuators, primarily for use during orthopedic surgeries.
