The International Symposium on Aquatic Nutrition (SINA) was performed on a regular basis since 1993. To date, this event has become the main forum for discussion of issues related to nutrition of aquatic organisms grown in Latin America, so it is now the required every two years for researchers, students, farmers and industry representatives to meet, to learn of the latest developments in aquaculture nutrition point. The first two versions of the Symposium is mainly devoted to nutrition shrimp, and from the third edition that the discussion of topics of nutrition of fish and shellfish is introduced. It will be held on 11 to13 November 2015, Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
