Armstrong Oysters are one of the largest producers of Sydney Rock Oysters in NSW with an annual production of three to four million oysters per year. The company is family owned and operated with over 40 years behind them and now the second generation of the Armstrong family at the helm. Armstrong Oysters have 45 hectares of prime oyster growing leases across the Camden Haven, Nambucca and Macleay Rivers. This gives them the capacity to supply top quality Sydney Rock Oysters 12 months of the year.
