Cole Bros Oysters supply premium oysters – seven days a week direct from the shed. We’re located on the waterfront at Karuah, next to Longworth Park. Only a short boat ride up the Bay from Port Stephens or a quick five minute detour off the Pacific Hwy at the Karuah exit.
Brothers, Steve and Dean Cole grew up in the oyster industry on the Hawkesbury River, just north of Sydney. Having oyster farmed all their lives, with over 50 years experience between them, Steve and Dean started their Sydney Rock Oyster farm in 2012 and haven’t looked back. Their passion and commitment to the industry is unsurpassed and they take great pride in growing the finest Sydney Rock Oysters possible.
