My vocation for the sea and its people is always, I guess that's where it all started ...
My educational background and my interests leaned toward me at first fisheries research. However, after a few seasons and hours glued to the lens I decided to change the laboratory by fishing boats and markets : wanted to have direct knowledge of fishing.
If I look back I notice with surprise that I have more than 10 years professionally linked to fishing since 2008 as an independent fisheries consultant . I have done various jobs in different countries and consider it a huge privilege to have come this far.
I think it is a traditional fishing heritage itself and move towards integrating resource management , ecosystems and people assumed the enormous challenges we still have much to learn.
