The Kahuna Institute, Inc. is an objective, non-partisan, and open source-based research firm specializing in the assessment of NGOs (non-governmental organizations) and activist or special interest groups which confront, disparage, and campaign against, rather than collaborate with, the organizations they target. We call these groups "irregular competitors." The Kahuna Institute provides informative research / analysis and forward-looking counsel on irregular competitors, the processes they employ, their true objectives, and how they affect organizations.
The Institute provides client organizations with the information and tools that they need to proactively or defensively engage irregular competitors. The information we provide our clients helps them to better:
Collaborate,
Negotiate, or
Engage
with irregular competitors
The Institute’s mission is to facilitate through analysis its clients’ activist engagements and to equip its clients in becoming better players in this new, activist-influenced competitive environment
