Oceanz blue limited was established in 2002 with the aim to produce the purest Paua in the world. The OceaNZ Blue Paua farm is situationed in northern New Zealand, an area with some of the highest quality water in the world.
OceaNZ Blue is committed to producing paua of the highest quality, which means no chemicals or unnatural substances are used on the farm during processing. OceaNZ Blue takes charge of the spawning, settling, on-growing and processing as well as marketing of premium quality Paua to domestic and international markets.
OceaNZ Blue offers the world's top chefs and resturants a guaranteed supply of Paua that has excellent taste, magnificent texture and a natural white appearance.
It is estimated that by the end of 2008 the company will produce 90 tonnes of Paua, with sales increasing steadily until it reaches full production of 140 tonnes in 2010.
