The CORRUE establishments are located in Boulogne-sur-Mer, in the heart of the industrial area of ??Capécure. Its creation dates back to the beginning of the century, in fact Isabelle CORRUE, the grandmother of Joel CORRUE, from a family of fishermen and married to a Newfoundland, decided to open a salting workshop.
In 1935, Pierre CORRUE opened his own salting workshop
In 1981, the company expanded with the purchase of an adjacent store located at 16, Marengo Street. The objective of this acquisition is to increase the production capacity of the company to supply supermarkets.
In October 1994, the company CORRUE grew again thanks to the merger with a former competing company: SA DESEILLE. This grouping has allowed restructuring existing production tools by investing in a single site that will comply with European standards.
In 2005, Pierre, son of Mr. and Mrs. CORRUE, joined the company to take over. A new investment plan has been put in place to replace obsolete equipment and develop a commercial policy by incorporating recipe labels and adheres to the Saveurs en'or collective brand.
