Our shellfish are sustainably harvested from the cold and pristine waters of Scotland and are carefully processed to ensure optimum quality. Our modern processing facility is strategically located on the north-east coast of Scotland close to the fishing grounds and we work in partnership with fishermen to ensure careful handling of the catch at all stages of the supply chain. Our product range includes frozen Wild Scottish whole langoustines, langoustine tails, and peeled Scampi. We also supply frozen cooked and fresh brown crab and velvet crab, dressed crab, crab claws, white and brown crabmeat, scallops & squid.
