Salmones Pacific Star has its own processing plant at Quellon City, (in the Southern part of Chile, X Region) close to where salmon is farmed. The company has a 5,900 square meter facility to process the raw material; it has a frozen capacity for 120 metric tons per day, and a filleting process capacity of 40 metric tons per day.
The plant currently processes around 24,000 gross tons of salmon, which includes three different farmed species: Atlantic salmon (Salmo Salar), Coho salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch), and salmon Trout (Oncorhynchus mikiss).
