The modern processes, in our diversified operating structure, are activated by the choice of raw materials upon receipt and storage; from processing to product sorting. This allows the control of all the production phases.
The company uses, in its factories, a plant for the production of ozonized water that allows to sanitize the water and ice that come into contact with the products and surfaces, in order to always guarantee maximum hygiene.
The allotropic form of oxygen (O3) is formed by three oxygen atoms and is able, due to its high oxidizing capacity, to clean the air and water of bacteria; a capacity that has been exploited since the beginning of the twentieth century for the disinfection of water and that more recently has led to a growing interest in the sanitization of surfaces, plants and equipment in the food and beverage industry.
The latter operates according to the certified protocol, in an ecological way: once used, it returns to being oxygen, it does not pollute and does not leave residues on products or surfaces.
In the last year the Company has also carried out a series of tests using ozonated water for washing products, verifying that this helps to guarantee their health and increase their shelf-life.

Ozonized water also plays a primary role in the cleaning and preservation of fresh fish: the total microbial load of freshly caught fish is significantly reduced, keeping a better microbiological quality than controls.
The process takes place without the addition of any chemical substance and without altering the organoleptic properties of the products themselves. The treatment leaves no residue on the product, in fact, it is classified as a non-residual sanitizer.
Furthermore, by releasing only oxygen, it does not pollute the environment.

The product is sold using only refrigerated vehicles authorized for the transport of fresh / frozen food products, guaranteeing the maintenance of the cold chain and ensuring the product quality standard.
