Our "catch of the day" premium quality fresh fish are landed from less than a one-day fishing trips. All our fresh fish are stored on ice within minutes of being caught, ensuring maximum freshness. From the boats they are delivered direct to dedicated nearby facilities, helping speed the journey from the sea through processing and on to export by air.
At Fish Box we insist on exacting procedures and hygiene standards at each step in the logistics chain. We are in partnership with the best processing facilities that have the European Union agreement for export of chilled fresh perishable goods.
The fresh fish and seafood are packed in polystyrene boxes with frozen gel packs @ -18°C on top to maintain uninterrupted cool chain at all times.
