Saordelmar Srl was founded in 2008 as a company specializing in the development of high-quality fish recipes for gastronomy, large-scale distribution and Horeca.

The project takes shape with the creation in 2016 of a new factory in San Giorgio in Bosco (PD) of about 2000 square meters for the processing and transformation of cooked and packaged fish products offering a wide range of exclusive recipes inspired by traditional Italian taste . Thanks to the use of innovative technologies in the sector and an accurate control of the production processes, the company guarantees maximum safety and the highest quality of its products.

Each recipe is prepared exclusively in our production laboratories, with the best cooking and packaging techniques, to ensure maximum goodness on your tables.

The company is able to offer a complete range of ready-made fish dishes, prepared with passion starting from selected ingredients to obtain excellence in flavor and freshness: from the traditional Vicenza cod to sushi, from sea stew to paella with shellfish and vegetables, from tasty mixed fried food to lighter dishes such as fish salad.

The raw material, fresh or frozen, is stored in the appropriate cells, monitored continuously. The fish transformation process begins in the raw meat department where it is cleaned, cut and barbed by our staff with the utmost care and continues in the cooking area, the beating heart of production, where each recipe is performed by highly professional chefs.

Each finished product is packaged in a modified atmosphere, vacuum or frozen, at a temperature suitable for its maintenance, to then be distributed daily to GDO and Horeca. The shelf-life of our products varies from 15 to 50 days, all without added glutamate.
