Our ink comes exclusively from cuttlefish caught in the healthy waters of the FAO 34 area. Being mostly of Moroccan or Mauritanian origin, we thus guarantee the highest quality of this ingredient.
The care in the production of our frozen ink "CATERINK" has made it recognized in several countries as a benchmark for quality and requested by the most demanding markets.
We produce our standard "CATERINK" brand product with 60% cuttlefish ink, guaranteeing the highest quality and performance of the product.
All the ingredients of our product, both the cuttlefish ink, the stabilizer and the salt, are 100% natural.
