Circumstances:

UAB GEMADA made an advance payment of 12,900 USD on February 21, 2025, as per Proforma Invoice HF98735783, to Hansson Fishing AS (Org nr: 985 200 874, VAT nr: NO 985 200 874 MVA, address: Frøneshaugen 24, 7170 Åfjord, Norway). The agreed delivery deadline was March 7, 2025. To date, the delivery has not been confirmed, and all attempts to obtain clarification have been ignored. This failure to fulfill contractual obligations, despite full advance payment, raises serious concerns about the business practices of Hansson Fishing AS.

Formal Request for Refund:

Due to significant delays and failure to deliver as agreed, we formally demand an immediate cancellation of the order and a full refund of 12,900 USD. Failure to comply with this request will result in public warnings to other potential business partners about Hansson Fishing AS’s fraudulent activities.
