Dersu, is a seafood company located in Turkey, which was found back in 1983. Dersu is one of the leading brands when it comes to smoked seafood products and also a major producer of rainbow trout. In 2008, we expanded our business and opened our production plant in order to process and smoke our fish morre efficienlty. We are also operating 4 trout farms located in different parts of Turkey. In 2010, we started exporting our products, mostly to the EU. Our goal is to increase our export volume in further in the near future.
Our production is carried out according to the standards of food safety; it includes regular controls, documentation and traceability of the entire production process and continuous efforts to optimize it. We apply all standards, according to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 and are in hold of the IFS certificate.
