Our project is based on the transformation of fresh catches from local and artisanal Galician fishing into deep-frozen products, within a framework of sustainable development and a real circular economy.
WHY MAR DA POBRA REFRIGERATORS?
This innovative project stems from the concern of its promoter, Pablo Fernández Piñeiro, a professional with more than 15 years of experience in both deep-sea fishing and Galician artisanal fishing, for valuing the richness of Galician waters in such a respectful for people and the environment, and offer an alternative that does not exist today.

The axis on which our philosophy oscillates is precisely the need to transform/market the products provided by the wealth of the Galician estuaries extracted by hand, within a framework of sustainable industrial development, in which the circular economy is the point of support. of the project, is applied and can be demonstrated during all processes.
