Quality Seafood Co. has been a family owned and operated business for over 40 years located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Established in 1967, our company continues to produce daily fresh and pasteurized crab meat as well as processed oysters, shucked and in the shell. We employ up to 100 employees and are open year round.
As a pioneer in voluntary seafood inspection for North Carolina, Quality Crab Co. Inc., dba Quality Seafood Co., is the only crab processor in North Carolina under USDC inspection. Quality Crab Co., Inc. currently holds a certificate of conformity for the requirements of Global Standard for Food Safety issued by BRC Certification Body.
